Based on their respective experience and their common vision of the constant changes within the audit profession, Thierry Bellot and Jean-Louis Mullenbach decided in 2003 to set up a firm whose standards of excellence would comfort client relations and maintain concern for the problems encountered by clients at the centre of these changes.

70 members of staff, including 12 partners, now participate in this project which consists in attaining the highest level of technical excellence in their specialised fields, whilst maintaining the principle of polyvalent competence essential to a better understanding of business and of its problems.
