• proven methodology and tools,
• in-depth practice of accounting standards and doctrine (French and international audit standards: IAS/IFRS, US GAAP, etc.),
• a multidisciplinary approach to financial, legal, tax, social and organisational problems,
• experience acquired with groups, both listed and unlisted, operating in a wide range of business sectors.

These teams are enlarged, where necessary, to include experts whose targeted contribution enriches our services: measurement, independent appraisals, consolidation, financial engineering, organisation, IT consultancy, prevention and treatment of financial distress, etc.

 Independent review on completion of our work, conducted systematically by a BMA partner not having participated in the mission.

The quality control function is currently provided by an independent specialist firm.
