 The team specialised in consolidation and reporting assistance activities possesses:

• proficiency in the use of the main consolidation software programs,
• proven methodology and tools,
• training in changes to regulations and the different reference systems,
• a capacity for adaptation for effective integration with the client company,
• experience acquired in the area of assistance for both listed and unlisted groups of varying size and business sector.

 François Mornet, mission director, has substantial experience in organising the consolidation process. He assists a number of large groups with the production of their consolidated financial statements, and in particular the treatment of complex problems.
