CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING

 Organisation of the consolidation process. Ces missions consistent à :

• defining and implementing a new organisation, in particular in connection with closing time reduction projects,
• introduction of consolidation procedures and manuals,
• changes to the consolidation tool,
• participation in training in-house teams.

In the context of internal audit regulations (financial security law and Sarbanes Oxley Act), we also contribute to consolidation process reviews: assessment of the risks involved and controls set up, including those relating to applications, process documentation and implementation of corrective actions.

 Production of financial information. Our experience in the production of consolidated financial statements, our ability to adapt and our proficiency in the use of the main consolidation tools enable us to intervene in the following areas:

• reinforcement of existing teams,
• undertaking consolidation tasks in part or in full,
• contribution of our skills in dealing with complex consolidation problems, assumption simulations, rationalisation of the income tax expense, drafting of pro forma financial statements, etc.

 Support with change. . In a statutory environment subject to constant evolution, we assist with the maintenance and development of technical skills, and proficiency in the application of standards by the accounting and financial departments of our clients by:

• designing and directing training courses on technical problems and new regulations,
• providing operational and technical support for the enterprise in connection with changes to standards or consolidation scope .
