VALUATION AND INDEPENDENT APPRAISAL

 Enterprise valuation. Valuation can be situated in different contexts:

• sale or merger projects,
• justification of a value for the auditors or taxation authorities,
• request from the Board, shareholders or a third party involved.

 Securing development projects. The acquisition of a financial or industrial asset, or the creation of a business activity, commits the enterprise, its management and shareholders on a long-term basis. This requires:

• measurement of the company or group of companies the acquisition of which is planned,
• assessment of the return on an investment and the impact of its integration on the acquirer's balance sheet,
• preparation of a business plan and/or presentation of a funding file.

 Attestation of the fair nature of your operations. In a regulatory environment subject to constant change, we act as independent consultants for market transactions (takeover bid, securities exchange takeover bid, issuer bid or proposed squeeze-out followed by mandatory squeeze-out), alliance and reorganisation operations in connection with missions of a legal nature (privatisation, business transfer and merger auditing), but also in cases where a proven or potential conflict of interests exists.
