Assistance provided for an enterprise in financial distress involves supporting general management through the intervention of experienced professionals, capable of addressing the organisational, financial and legal consequences of the financial problems to be resolved. The partners and mission managers providing this assistance are essentially aware of the importance of the relationship which must be established with management and the departments of the enterprise, generally weakened by the crisis situation which it has experienced.
The financial analysis tools and processes developed by BMA in-house include versions adapted to the specific characteristics of the enterprise in difficulties, and the technical consequences of the amicable legal procedures and, above all collective procedures which are more complex.
The versatility of the profiles of the BMA partners and staff makes it possible to add to the team specialised in the prevention and treatment of financial distress, skills in the areas of transaction services, information systems and valuation so as to address the problems encountered in a relevant manner. BMA also works with other experts operating in domains outside the range of BMA skills, where intervention by said experts proves to be essential for global, coherent analysis of the enterprise, or the solution of special technical problems.
