Far-reaching comprehension and identification of appropriate solutions
BMA places primary emphasis on an approach both global and targeted at the problems of its clients, in order to understand their needs as comprehensively as possible and recommend appropriate solutions. Each intervention is designed to provide specific and differentiated responses, proposing solutions, original in some cases, and systematic reappraisal of pre-established procedures. BMA organisation supports this aim in two ways:
1) the multidisciplinary approach adopted by the partners directing versatile or specialist staff;
2) service lines headed by specialists, partners and mission directors who develop and apply formalised and regularly validated methodologies.
Our staff at the centre of our successes
BMA is staffed by professionals whose desire is to move forward in a structured firm which nevertheless retains a human dimension designed to privilege exchange.
More than half BMA staff are graduate chartered accountants, engineers or lawyers. Our profiles reflect the image of the firm, namely versatile or specialist, open-minded, inquisitive and, in some cases, iconoclastic. Training plays a key part in the ability to transfer know-how. The evolution of this know-how requires frequent reappraisal of the skills acquired
BMA independence
The multidisciplinary approach calls for constant review of the risks of conflicting interests, over and above the regulated separation of audit and consultancy missions.
This operating rule is natural to us, and our work and actions provide us, as also our clients, with clear confirmation of the unquestionable advantages of our independence .
Overview
We are members of the leading professional and institutional authorities, and participate in frequent discussions on subjects of the moment.
